The Student Licenses for the Thea Render integrations are now available from Altair University for free. If you are a student and want to use Thea Render, then visit the Altair University website and click on the “Download Now!” button to order Thea Render.
You will be prompted to fill in the following form. After you have completed the form and your request has been approved, you will receive an email with your license file and links to the latest versions of Thea Render integrations.
MacOS Users
To find the HostID on macOS, install Thea for SketchUp and get the HostID number from the license window.
Thea for SketchUp:
Go to Extensions > Thea Render > License Setup. Switch to the ‘Node-Locked / Educational’ tab and copy the HostID.
