Hosted License

If you have a Lease License, you already have an Altair One account which you can use to login to the Altair One portal. After logging in, you can either create a support request or download the latest versions.

Node-Locked Trial License

If you do not already have an Altair One account, please follow the instructions below to create one and submit support requests.

The latest installers for all the Thea Render applications can be found in the Altair One Marketplace.

Step 1: Login to the Altair One portal
Step 2: Click on the Marketplace link
Step 3: Select the Thea Render application to access the installers from the right sidebar

Submit support requests from the Altair Support website.

Step 1: Go to support.altair.com
Step 2: Login with your Altair One credentials
Step 3: Click on the “Create Case” button
Step 4: Fill out the form and click on “Submit”

To create a new account on Altair One, go through the following steps:

Step 1: Head over to the Altair One registration page.
Step 2: Fill out the form and click on the “Submit” button
Step 3: Follow the instructions to activate your account
