Hosted License
If you have a Lease License, you already have an Altair One account which you can use to login to the Altair One portal. After logging in, you can either create a support request or download the latest versions.

The latest installers for all the Thea Render applications can be found in the Altair One Marketplace.
Step 1: Login to the Altair One portal
Step 2: Click on the Marketplace link
Step 3: Select the Thea Render application to access the installers from the right sidebar
Submit support requests to Siemens DISW Customer Center.
Step 1: Go to Siemens DISW Customer Center
Step 2: Login with your credentials
Step 3: Click on the “Open a new case”
Step 4: Fill out the form and follow the instructions
