I have Thea Render for SketchUp, but I seem to have lost Thea Studio which was useful for viewing and editing purchased -.obj files, like trees.
Is there a new way to deal with the large 3DS and Object files that one has purchased?
Opening them in SkU and saving them as Thea Proxies is cumbersome as the files are too large for SkU.

I think most people use Transmutr

You still have to convert to Proxies after importing with Transmutr, but it's a painless process and most of the material setup can be done using Transmutr (it even assigns all the correct textures once you point it at the right folder).
