Palmtree - convert .max to obj

I've found an interesting model of palm trees to use in TheaRender, but it's in .max format.

Can someone convert .max to obj so they can import to TheaStudio?

I tried that with a couple files and got weird results. SOmething is wrong either with the file or that convertion
