well, 40-50-60-70 is the diameter ( diametre) , so i think they are right, for the high, there is no rules, it can make for exemple 70cm large diameter X 50high or 70cm large X 60cm high or higher, it depend of the pruning (taille) you want to do! i will check that:-)

after checking that, they are right scaled: ( perhaps it is just the angle of view in my render that making them big for the nearest

70cm X 60CM HIGH
60CM X 50CM HIGH
50CM X 40CM HIGH
40CM X 30CM HIGH

and for the hedge:

60cm X 30cm high
70cm X 50cm high
