Anyone has any idea how to do a water curtain? Maybe some diffuse map with partial transparency and bump map would be needed?

something like this

Is the panel modeled with thickness or is it a simple plane ?

DId you use some 3d application to bake those drop?

Here's another link with some nice textures

In the description you'll find the maps

Yes its a Vray tut, but that doesnt matter

Here's another one, these cost €10 though, but is 4k resolution. These can be used for animation, but its hard todo. Perhaps blender or c4d can use the animated textures.

This one is using After Effects, perhaps you can use that to create the textures

Thanks for all the links guys. They will be useful.

But as seen in the video... this is not raindrops on glass.

It's a LOT of water running on glass.

Perhaps i can tweak that After Effects file adding much more drops and speeding it up.

Also found this one, but it needs paid plugin. This one looks the best and you can do whatever you want with it
