It's been a while since I've been on here...hope everyone is doing well.
I have a Thea for SU 2.0 license.
I have a Thea for SU 1.5/Thea Studio license I kept on an old version of SU 2017 for archive projects.
Downloaded the trial for Thea for SU 3.0 and in that process, my Thea for SU 1.5 license was written.
Jumped through the Altair hoop to try support that way but gave up after spending an hour navigating a digital Rubik's cube.

Does anyone have a real to a real support person that can direct me to a download link for Thea for SU version 1.5.

Sadly you need to go the Altair route, there's no secret backdoor as far as I'm aware, I think I asked Tomasz for Linux version of Studio but they might be powerless in regards to what Altair do with the products by now, forward and onward and all that jazz! V1.5 Studio is pretty much useless for me these days, V2+ works great for me in SU2017

V3 should of created a switch so you can go back to version 2, its in the Extension menu

Thanks Nigec for your response.

I'll give the Altair portal one more try...I suspect I had the wrong email when I recently registered as I'm not seeing any of the products I've purchased.
I've pretty much decided to move on and leave Thea behind. I still have V2.0 on my main computer and its works well when I do need it.

It was fun while it lasted,

The only path to get to the support is through Altair One.

On Atlair One only the products with the online/subscription license are listed. You will not see 1.5/2.0 node-locked licenses there.

I understand that for some of you subscription based license is not acceptable neither in SketchUp nor in Thea.
We see many though that support further Thea development by purchasing the new one year or even 3 years 3.0 license.
