are you using only HDRI to light the scene? i would probably go with the sun and sky system to create some more dramatic lighting effect. and yes, more details like entourage and trees and plants etc would help liven up the scene! you are on the right track!

YES a little bit of details And dirt to textures and it will be ok. On the right track as jenujacob said.
