Thank you rombout , still number of sales is ZERO :(
Now i can say confidently , its all about sketchup user , not anything else like price , quality , size of library .
I am moving my tree making work to other formats like max obj fbx.

i want some help regarding fbx and obj format exported from 3ds max
(1) when i export fbx , and then import it in other app . i dont get diffuse map in materials which are two sided materials in max. so should i make max materials single sided? if i do that way then , if someone wants to import fbx in max , he will not get two sided materials. what should i do?
(2) when i export obj format from max , i get option of preset for blender , cinema cd , etc. which preferences should i choose?

You should try and test basic materials. OBJ and FBX dont support 2 sided materials. Also when export try to uncheck "triangulation", separate by materials (if possible). Also make sure you export in proper scale.

Please note that OBJ has a vertex limitation of 64k, so if its too big then it will be separated into parts. But im not sure the max exporter does that, otherwise export it into parts. Also make sure you generate a MLT file which has all the material information as far that is possible concerning its setting.

FBX has no real limitation in size of vertexes. It supports many items, like textures, vertex colors, animation, camera, scene items,.

If i was you i would make sure textures are properly exported along and perhaps use same export folder. Some add all textures twice which is useless and to much info/data.

PS if you do export in other scale, add some info. Almost everybody forgets that and thus sometimes its guessing what the original was.
