Has anyone modeled a flag in the rest position (hanging limply on the pole)?

something like this. I can let the animation go a bit further in blender with less wind

or more something like the screengrab from blender

I was about to suggest you that romb, wind is usually never that strong to make a flag be almost completely horizontal, that´s a more natural look though i would still like a bit more wind but that´s just personal taste, that flag is much more natural looking than the first simulation.

Yep totally true! But i din't like it this way cause the logo and the design was very bad visible.
That's why i wanted it more horizontally, i have actually seen flags like this.... though with very hard wind :mrgreen:
