An Octane user in the audience spoke to me afterwards and said IR on my pathetic 4 year old dual core laptop ran at the same speed as Octane on his desktop

I suggested he get a new nvidia card, however it was an eye opener as I suspected there will be representatives of other engines like 'IN-render' (Artlantis product), Shaderlight, etc so I did an IR of grass displacement (features they do not have)

that's what we are all waiting for...a mature top renderer + real time rendering... For me it something that feels like MODO in some way, but with the plugin type connection with many different modelers.
Very impatient to get hand on it!

New revision featuring interactive render will be available within the next 2-4 weeks

giannis wrote:
Yes, but this will be available also on our site exactly after the convention ends (or on its last day).
The CDs are intended for new users, they contain a free single* license, and some of them will
be given as prizes to convention competitions.

best wishes

* single license, is the application license with the following differences from the standard one
purchased on site: a) it can be installed on up to one machine, b) it does not contain the 2 "bonus"
node licenses.
