Instructions We have divided our products in four categories; if you are a new customer you are probably looking for the Application+Plugins product list. For your convenience, you can browse all products by simply clicking on List All Products link on the right. The checkout process can be initiated from the Show Cart link on the right. Please note, that for EU private customers or customers from Greece, 23% tax will be applied. EU business customers will need to enter a valid VAT Id. Entering the VAT ID, will also require the country code along with the number, please check this table for the appropriate format. The supported payment method is Paypal (credit cards Visa/MasterCard/AMEX are supported by Paypal without creating an account). The country entered in the Paypal information must match the country entered in our site, for the order to be accepted by Paypal. Note that your order will be processed only if it is completed with the payment; otherwise you can safely start with a new order. Please note that, your order is processed manually so it might take up to 2 working days to send the serials (but it usually happens much faster, within the same day). The information with your serials will be sent to your Paypal e-mail address. What is purchased, is the license to use Thea Render and plugins accordingly; the products can only be downloaded from our site and are not sent in packaged form. Note that refunding is not possible after the serials are sent. Invoices are sent in batch by ordinary air mail every 1-2 weeks. Depending on the order time and time difference, invoices will be generated based on your order or next working day. A pdf document is also sent as soon as the invoice is generated for your convenience and until you receive our printed copy (which includes the greek untranslated element). Please note that we do not collect or process any credit card data. Your personal data entered in our web site order are only used for licensing purposes and are not exposed to any third party.
